About TITP Program :
TITP is an ambitious program between the government of Bangladesh and Japan aimed at developing Human Resources technically through transfer of Skill, Knowledge and Technology. The program is aimed to technically skill-up youth of Bangladesh through On-the-Job training programs implemented and executed in Japan. Presently, the program is open in 81 Job categories in which youths of Bangladesh can participate and enhance their professional skills while being paid handsomely – at par with their Japanese counterparts. The internship program is for a period of maximum 3 years after which the candidate has the option to extend his/her stay in Japan, or return to home country, and also get permanent residence status of Japan.The program which is completely regulated by the laws of Japan is presently open in approx. 81 Job Categories (https://www.jitco.or.jp/en/_files/titp.pdf) and 145 Job Operations.
TITP Eligibility and Criteria :
Japanese Language Proficiency: Mandatory N5 Level Certification in Japanese Language
Age: Up to 35 Years
Minimum Qualifications: Any Diploma / Degree / SSC
Minimum 6 Months of Domain Education/Work Experience
Disciplined, soft spoken and well behaved
※ Any candidate who meets the eligibility as per that Job category requirement/s may apply directly for placements without repeating the training part. No training fee is chargeable in such cases.
Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) is a duly Authorized organization from Government of Bangladesh as a Sending Organization to enroll, train, and send eligible candidates to Japan under this program
Amenities of TITP :
During the internship period, the candidate is offered Social Security, – Medical Insurance, Pension, Bonus, etc. besides attractive remuneration which is one of the best in the world. The average salary paid to the candidate per month ranges between 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 in BDT at the start of training and by-and-large a candidate should be able to easily save enough money in 3years of internship. The candidate is offered complete placement support when or if she/he chooses to return to native country post completion of the internship period in Japan.

Applications are invited from aspiring candidates in various Job Categories to undergo training with HRDC subsequently to be placed in Japan under the TITP. Candidates are required to read the details of the program carefully, including eligibility before applying
HRDC is training and capable of sending Bangladeshi to Japan under TITP presently in the following categories. Aspiring Candidates may apply in the following Job Categories, among others, to get trained and then placed in Japan under TITP. HRDC offers 100% assured placements to all candidates who successfully complete the required training.

Our Role in TITP
- Selection of Supervising Organization.
- Enrolment of suitable candidates and completion of their Pre-Departure Training & Japanese Language -Culture in Bangladesh.
- Selection of candidates by Supervising Organization/ Implementing Organization for undergoing TITP in Japan.
- Completion of documentation for candidates’ entry in Japan.
- Coordination with Supervising Organization and Implementing Organization during Technical Intern Trainees’ stay in Japan.
Provision of support to the Technical Intern Trainees to Bangladesh post completion of training in Japan
